If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours advance notice. If you are unable to provide us a notice of cancelation, The full fee will be applied.

For domestic cleaning, we charge by the hour to provide flexible and affordable service. However, for other specialised services, we prefer to quote per job to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. We bring our own eco-friendly products, vacuum, and clean cloths. However, we don’t provide a mop and bucket or toilet brush, so we ask that you supply those if needed.
